Monthly Camping
Camping has been an essential part of Boy Scouts since the program’s inception. It provides boys with the opportunity to practice many of their essential Scouting Skills – from Knot Tying and Fire Building, to Cooking and First Aid.
Troop 22’s goal is to camp every month of the year except August when we hope our families are spending quality time together. A typical weekend campout usually lasts from 6:00pm Friday through 11:00am Sunday. We aim to explore different locations and monthly themes for campouts, some for fun while others to improve upon our skills.
